Stumped

From CruxPedia

Stumping is a method of dismissal in cricket that occurs when the wicketkeeper puts down the wicket while the batter is outside the batting crease and not attempting a run. It usually happens when the batter steps forward to play a delivery, misses the ball, and fails to return to the crease before the wicketkeeper breaks the stumps.

Stumping requires quick reflexes and skill from the wicketkeeper and is most often seen when spin bowlers deceive the batter. It is an important form of dismissal that helps restrict scoring and puts pressure on batters.
